Hannah Maerowitz

Hannah Maerowitz is a graduate of UCSB's Film and Media Studies. She is passionate about advocating for social change and the environment via writing, activism, and film. She worked on a multimedia project exploring the stories of siblings of people with autism through UCSB’s Raab Fellowship program and also received the Most Excellent Prose Award from UCSB’s College of Creative Studies for one of her nonfiction essays. She has also worked with several environmental advocacy organizations and served as a crew member on several short films focusing on conservation.⁣
